Journey of the Drum, A Taiko Fable March 17, 2007

In this play, a young orphan girl falls in love with Taiko drums and nothing can stop her from learning to play them. Tradition says that only males can play Taiko. Accompanied by the village heir, Sameco sets off on a quest to earn the right to play Taiko. Along the way, they learn about honor, bravery and true leadership.
