Journaling in the tradition of the Pillow Book "Towazugatari: Something that can no longer be held back" August 16, 2009

Join certified Journal to the Self Facilitator Jackie Costello for a journey inward with the inspired women of ancient Japan's sensuous Heian period as our guides. Jackie focuses on the letter as a Cathartic journaling technique. This workshop will draw upon the heartfelt "Confessions of Lady Nijo," and, "The Diary of Lady Murasaki," as we explore the capacity of writing to unburden and heal us through unsent letters.

All materials will be provided. No prior reading or familiarity with the pillow books required.
