Soulful singer Jordin Sparks was America's choice, winning the sixth season of 'American Idol,' making her the youngest winner in 'American Idol' history at that time. Her self-titled debut album went platinum, featuring three top five singles, including the ubiquitous 'No Air,' performed with Chris Brown. Her latest endeavor, a starring role in the film, 'Sparkle,' due to be released in August, is drawing much curiousity as it marks the final performance of Whitney Houston, who co-stars as Sparks' mother.
