4480 Platt Rd
Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108

Over 25 volunteers during five workdays have put in time and muscle power to make this trail. Starting at the bike trail along Platt Road near our new sign, the trail traverses wheat fields, goes into an oak-hickory forest, and loops around a button-bush swamp. Join us in celebrating its completion! We’ll enjoy light snacks & the first-ever guided walk on this newly finished trail.
Looking for a way to get even more involved? Want to help get the trail looking great? Join us earlier that day at 10am for the World Environment Day Workday, and then stick around for the Trail Opening!
Lloyd & Mabel Johnson Preserve is 51 acres of oak forest and a buttonbush swamp, connecting to the southern end of Lillie Park.
