Join Brooklyn and Los Angeles Dodgers baseball great Johnny Podres and Bob Bennett, the co-authors of Johnny Podres: Brooklyn’s Only Yankee Killer (Rooftop Publishing, 2007) as they talk about Podres’ remarkable baseball career, including his 1955 Game Seven shutout of the New York Yankees that won the Dodgers their first World Series. Presented in conjunction with The Glory Days: New York Baseball, 1947-1957. Book signing to follow. $
