John Worley and Bari/Bari with Aaron Lington, Fil Lorenz and Geoff Roach February 17, 2008

This special event pays tribute to perhaps the most unsung instrument in jazz -- the baritone saxophone! Put together by trumpter John Worley, this concert will feature baritone sax players Aaron Lington, Fil Lorenz and Geoff Roach playing unique, bari-centric repertoire. Guaranteed to be different and ear-opening!

The band also includes Murray Low (piano), Tom Bockhold (bass) and Paul Van Wageningen (drums).

This gig is part of the San Jose Jazz Society's Sunday Afternoon Jazz Series at the Improv in downtown San Jose.
