John Sloan was an established illustrator and print maker. His works include a series of etchings depicting the working class. This exhibit includes images of families sleeping on the roofs during hot summer nights, children playing in Washington Square Park and commuters on the subway. It presents 34 prints and drawings created between 1904 and 1930.
