A treasure of American roots music, John Hammond has spent 40 years entertaining audiences around the world with his intense, solo acoustic blues. A Grammy Award-winner and a four-time nominee, Hammond has shared the stage or recorded with many blues masters, including Muddy Waters, Willie Dixon, John Lee Hooker and Howlin' Wolf. Marcia Ball is at home playing roadhouse rock, jump-blues, R&B, ballads and deep soul. Her singing/songwriting are matched by piano playing that is both effective and eclectic.
