Jazz composer / musician John Goldman is pleased to announce the continuation of his band QUADRANGLE’s Guest Artist Series at Uncommon Ground on Devon in Chicago. Appearing from 8pm until 10pm on second Monday's, John Goldman's group QUADRANGLE features original compositions by John and collaboration with notable Chicago jazz artist Scott Hesse on Guitar, Patrick Mulcahy on Bass and Cory Healey on Drums. This coming Monday, January 11, 2010, the Guest Artist Series offers the fresh sounds of jazz vocalist Leslie Beukelman. Coming up on February 08, 2010, QUADRANGLE features guest trumpeter Victor Garcia, and then March 08, 2010 special guest artists Katinka Kleijn on cello, and violinist Zara Zaharieva. The QUADRANGLE Guest Artist Series opened to a full house on Monday December 14th with special guest trumpeter and fellow Chicagoan James Davis. It was a great way to kick off the series and the holidays. Uncommon Ground on Devon in historic Edgewater has been named one the best new restaurants in Chicago. Its no wonder when the kitchen uses seasonal, locally produced, family farmed & organic products whenever possible for their bountiful menu.
