John Denver's Rocky Mountain High April 21, 2011

A benefit concert hosted by Olivia Newton-John as John Denver is inducted to the Colorado Music Hall of Fame. The stellar evening in honor of the late musician will include performances of his most notable hits and others by Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Lee Ann Womack, John Oates and many more. Artist Brian Olsen will create an 'Art in Action' speed painting of Denver. Notable environmental activists will also join on the stage in a commemoration of Denver's life long dedication to the environment, which makes the date of this concert, on the eve of Earth Day, even more meaningful. A portion of proceeds will benefit the Cousteau Society, Windstar Foundation and the University of Colorado's School of Music.
