Joel Rogers' lovely 'Seattle,' is a book of photographs and text with all the recent changes to the city skyline--Central Library, the Olympic Sculpture Park, several noteworthy structures--it's hard for books to keep current. This is the most recent addition to the ranks, and one of the best in some time.
