Course overview:
This course is designed to serve as a comprehensive overview of the basics of job analysis, job description preparation, and job evaluation. It will teach you how to perform job analysis from the ground up. You will learn how to write lawful job descriptions that are used for job evaluation, hiring, and setting salaries. This course also includes a no-nonsense look at using the results of job analysis to design competency frameworks, and the issues to overcome when implementing these frameworks. You will walk away from this course with a complete understanding of job descriptions, job analysis, and job evaluation and how they take part in the performance management process.
