"The new monster in alternative" -- that is how Jimmy Eat World is being touted by record execs and audiences throughout the West, as this Phoenix, Arizona, based band of nineteen year olds pounds through their "90 gigs in 90 days Chihuahua Tour" to promote their new Capitol Records release, !Static Prevails'. Paramore describe their music simply as energetic, emotional and fun. Their live show is an explosion of high energy that showcases the band's relentless drive and desire to connect with and entertain the audience, and their enthusiasm is catching. From Middleburg, Florida, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus are ballsy and emotional, pulsing with vibrancy and tenacity. They're strong, yet vulnerable, and they shift between musical styles with the confidence of superstars. Angels & Airwaves features former blink-182 guitarist Tom DeLonge alongside Hazen Street and Box Car Racer guitarist David Kennedy, ex-The Distillers bassist Ryan Sinn and The Offspring drummer Atom Willard. Their debut album is titled, 'We Don't Need to Whisper.' Finger Eleven, from Ontario, Canada, features Scott Anderson (vocals), James Black (guitar), Rick Jackett (guitar), Sean Anderson (bass) and Rich Beddoe (drums). The members of the band first came together in high school as a funk-styled band named Rainbow Butt Monkey.
