Two shows 7p & 9p: Jimmy Dore was born into a Catholic family of 12 on the south side of Chicago and is a writer/performer for the critically acclaimed Off Broadway hit, The Marijuana-Logues. He first appeared on Comedy Central's Make Me Laugh, fulfilling a life long dream of turning an art form into a cheesy, basic-cable game show. Unfortunately, it went well and he was booked to do four more shows, an experience that Jimmy warmly refers to as "embarrassing" and "tough to watch." After performing at the Just for Laughs international comedy festival in Montreal, Jimmy has made multiple appearances on The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn…he then donned a suit to appear on Comedy Central’s Premium Blend. His one-hour comedy special, Citizen Jimmy, (chosen Best of 2008 by iTunes, and named one the Top 5 Comedy DVDs of 2008 by Punchline Magazine) will be aired on Comedy Central September 15th.
