America’s favorite crank-caller, Jim Florentine, comes to Comix for a hilarious weekend.
Jim Florentine, known for his outrageous hijinks, has headlined all over the nation at the best clubs and theaters in the country. While the Emmy-winning comedian is perhaps best known and loved for his signature “Crank Yankers” Special Ed and Bobby Fletcher, Jim has also become a fan favorite on Sirius’ “The Howard Stern Show.” His antics have also shown up on a host of talk shows, including “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” ABC’s “The Apprentice,” and HBO’s “Inside the NFL,” for which he received his Emmy award.
While not on the radio or TV, Jim is currently in high demand on the road. For those unable to catch Jim performing at the best clubs and theaters across the country, he has a series of recorded works that have forever captured hours of his unparalleled penchant for bugging people: “Terrorizing Telemarketers” on CD and his “Meet the Creeps” DVDs. Check these out and you’ll sigh with sympathy for the unsuspecting folks in the wrong place at Jim’s right time – if you can stop laughing.
