Jezebel Music, sponsored by Sam Ash Music Stores and Budweiser, is an innovative music and event promotion company capturing the imagination of the New York independent music scene, with a focus on Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Levitt’s constant attention to fusing Williamsburg’s complex musical community into one giant organism has lent to his success. According to Levitt, “We look at independent music with a focus on the art of song, from punk to folk. We are not guided by any single genre or musical style. Very simply, we find and promote top independent music to help the musicians grow their careers and to create great shows for music fans.”
Each month Jezebel Music chooses a Feature who gains exceptional promotion through Jezebel’s website, JezebelMusic.com, the weekly newsletter, street promotion, and the Monthly Feature Show.
