JEWELLED ANTLER presents: COLE PALME, THUJA, and VERDURE

COLE PALME has been involved in many great bands over the years (Factrix, Ohm-a-Revelator, & currently Spirit Gun) but at the core of all these projects is his genius songwriting. His cracked garage/folk/rock meditations performed on voice & Vox bass evoke everything from Skip Spence & Sky Saxon to Marc Bolan & Red Crayola up through the Screamers & early Cabaret Voltaire.

THUJA plays sticks & pine cones & flea-market folk-instruments.

VERDURE is the solo-moniker for Donovan Quinn (also of Jewelled Antler groups the Skygreen Leopards & the Cantilever Rainbow). Verdure spins brilliant surrealist psych-folk/blues epics. His latest CD Telescope Dreampatterns, released on Camera Obscura this year was described by one reviewer as "the incompetent ramblings of a madman" & the "exploration of a deranged and paranoid-schizophrenic mind with too much time (and too many drugs) on its hands."
