Prime – An American Kitchen and Bar has been taking diners on a first-class culinary trip with its Jet Set menus on Sunday through Thursday nights. Three-course prix fixe menus, at $40 or $50 with wine, are themed to a new region of the world each month. The January Jet Set menu with wine pairings takes diners to Italy. The menu is designed by Prime Executive Chef Gregg Lauletta and Bohlsen Restaurants Corporate Chef Cornelius Gallagher with wine pairings by Beverage Director Paulo Villela. During Prime’s third Anniversary Week, Tuesday, January 19 to Saturday, January 23, unlimited tastings from a broader array of vineyards will be poured such as:
