Jessica Lovelace's "The Faces We Love" exhibit July 7, 2006

"The Faces We Love", a brand new exhibit featuring the works of painter Jessica Lovelace, is not to be missed! This collection of work celebrates the ones who bring constant love and devotion into our lives - our pets! The exhibit will be opening at the PNC Bank in Arlington, VA on Friday, July 7, 2006.

Whether you are a “dog person” or a “cat person”, there is a painting in this collection that is sure to remind you of your four-legged friend. Jessica’s love of animals is evident as she carefully considers the composition and color pallet in every piece, capturing the personality of each pet she paints. The end result is anything but a standard looking portrait. Each painting is as unique as the pet featured in it.

Jessica’s love of art began at an early age, having been raised by artistic parents in a creative and encouraging environment. She has a Batchelor in Fine Arts from James Madison University and has taken supplemental classes at the Corcoran School of Art and the Smithsonian Institute of Art. She is currently creating commissioned works of art for businesses, public spaces, and private collectors through her company Jessica Lovelace Studios.

PNC Bank is a community-oriented bank that supports local artists by showcasing exhibits at their Ballston branch in Arlington, Virginia. Through this relationship with the local art community, PNC Bank brings recognition to emerging artists and provides an excellent exhibit location that is convenient for the public.
