Jennifer Jakob, Soprano February 27, 2008

For her Sheldon performance, Jennifer Jakob will select a program of her favorite vocal and chamber music repertoire. Best known to St. Louis audiences for her leading role in Opera Theatre of Saint Louis' production of 'Anna Karenina' in 2007, Jakob also appeared in Opera Theatre's 'Street Scene' in 2006, and made her Italian premiere in 2005 in Rossini's 'La Cambiale di Matrimonio.' Jakob was also the recipient of the prestigious Sara Tucker Study Grant, awarded annually by the Richard Tucker Music Foundation in New York.
