Join a Running Club at Jeff’s University of Fitness

WHAT: Looking to train for an upcoming run, marathon or just looking to get in shape for Spring? Jeff’s University of Fitness, a Chicago-based running and fitness group, is offering a 6-week training class for those who would like additional training for their running workouts.

With summer on the horizon it is time to get in shape again! Join us in the journey to better fitness with a 6-week work out session guided by Fitness Coordinator Jeff Willinger, ACE. Participants will meet twice a week at Starbucks on North Clark Street starting Wednesday, April 15 to Saturday, May 23, 2009.

WHEN: We have 2 class/session times and each class is 1 hour (60 minutes) long. 6 p.m., Wednesdays and 9 a.m. Saturdays OR
7:15 p.m., Wednesdays and 10:15 a.m., Saturdays

Week 1: Wednesday, April 15 and Saturday, April 18
Week 2: Wednesday, April 22 and Saturday, April 25
Week 3: Wednesday, April 29 and Saturday, May 2
Week 4: Wednesday, May 6 and Saturday, May 9
Week 5: Wednesday, May 13 and Saturday, May 16
Week 6: Wednesday, May 20 and Saturday, May 23
