Montreal native Jesse Brian Marchant (JBM) recorded his debut album, Not Even in July, in an old church in Hudson, New York. That somber and reflective environment echoes throughout his acoustic songs about wanderlust and disenchantment. His music is haunting and evocative, yet hopeful. He tours with Norwegian singer Sondre Lerche through the fall.
