Gary Crosby's ska-tastic big band present their brand new project dedicated to the UK reggae label Trojan Records, which from 1967 provided record-buyers with a constant stream of Jamaican classics, from Desmond Dekker and Dave and Ansel Collins to Jimmy Cliff and Lee Perry. Trojan also acted as the main focus for Caribbean identity within British culture, as well as attracting legions of white fans to the music.
