Shawn Carter, a.k.a. Jay-Z, became a star of the hip-hop scene with hits like 'Hard Knock Life (Ghetto Anthem),' 'Can I Get A...' and '99 Problems' from 'The Black Album.' His recent album 'American Gangster,' was inspired by the film of the same name starring Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe.
