ACT Toronto and the Gay West Community Network have initiated a series of monthly community forums to stimulate a needed dialogue amongst west end queers on Issues: ranging from racism, body image, family, how we age, inter-racial coupling, and the important role, that having fun plays in our lives.

ACT Toronto has made it a mandate to make itself heard throughout the greater GTA, and felt that by aligning with Gay West they would have the opportunity to perhaps reach a new audience that doesn’t frequent the downtown core regularly. Each evening generally consists of some form of presentation, guest speaker or performance, followed by a discussion period. Topics may range from sex to politics and everything in between. The group was founded in January 2006.

During this course, we invite you to explore and transform the deep-rooted beliefs that are holding you back in life. Ultimately, Born on the Mountaintop will empower you with the strength to accept who you are and the freedom to live your life the way you want.
