Next Java Nights - Tuesday July 29, 2008 - "Toronto Wards Island" Celebrating the Body Erotic - 7 PM - 9 PM. ACT Toronto provides ferry tickets, light snacks and bottle water.

Please Note!!! Our Wards Island experience, will not require you, to remove any clothing, you don't wish too.

During The Wards Island retreat, which is open to all genders and sexual orientations, we will come together as a temporary community to explore and celebrate the flow of erotic life energy in us all. We will use conscious breath, Taoist massage, guided ritual and compassionate conversation to discover and awaken the inherent connection between sexuality and spirituality, and between the masculine and feminine within ourselves.

Workshop Instructor: Phillip Coupal - Phillip is a Counselor, Life Skills Coach, and Group Facilitator. He has been working with the Queer Communities of Toronto since 2000. His area of specialization is in relationship counselling with male couples. Phillip pr ovides counselling, coaching and facilitation services to the diversity of the Queer community. Phillip is the new Toronto coordinator for the Body Electric chool and is responsible for maintaining three weekend workshops per year in Toronto; these include Celebrating the Body Erotic and Celebrating the Body Erotic for Couples. In addition Phillip attends and assists at both weekend workshops and weeklong Body Electric retreats throughout North America, including Wildwood in California and Easton Mountain in New York. THE DETAILS: We will meet in front of the main gates to Toronto Ferry Service at 6:30 PM. Watch for our Java Knights Group Sign. The Wards Island Ferry departs City dock 7 PM sharp. Return Trip Departs Wards Island at 8:45 PM and 9:30 PM. Direction by TTC. From union station take the 509 Harbourfront or the 510 Spadina streetcar south to the Bay and Queen's Quay Stop. Alternately, take the Bay Bus #6 southbound from the corner of Front and Bay to the Bay and Queen's Quay stop. CYCLIST WELCOME TOO.
