We?re doing our Monday night parties at Nublu once again. The Epochs are back with us, following their very successful Knitting Factory residency from last month. They?ll be playing every Monday. Tonight, Jason Lindner headlines. Jason?s the leader of the big band that held residency at legendary Smalls jazz club for ten years. His compositions are groovy in whatever format they?re presented, but tonight?s ensemble is a real treat. Reggie Washington plays bass. Avishai Cohen plays trumpet. Tony Escapa and Jonathan Blake play drums, and as MC Baba Israel beatboxes and rhymes. This will be incredible. Cocoa Cracker Brown and Shuga-Milk spin before, after, and in between sets.
