Fresh, organic Japanese vegetables such as kabocha, daikon, nappa, gobo, and more, donated by Japanese Canadian farmers from the Fraser Valley. Hand-harvested by volunteers from the NNM&HC Auxiliary.
Also for sale will be homemade tsukemono (pickles), umeboshi, and baked goods. Homemade sushi/chow mein plates, etc., will be available for lunch.
All proceeds support the outfitting of the Community Kitchen at the NNM&HC.
