Janet Jackson's "Number Ones, Up Close And Personal World Tour" Live At Mohegan Sun March 16, 2011

Janet Jackson has announced that her "Number Ones, Up Close and Personal World Tour" will be stopping at Mohegan Sun Arena on Wednesday, March 16th at 7:30pm.
Tickets are $70.00 & $50.00 and go on sale Friday, January 14th at 10:00am through Ticketmaster. Tickets will also be available at the Mohegan Sun Box Office beginning on Saturday, January 15th, subject to availability.
The tour celebrates the release of her 2009 greatest hit compilation Number Ones. Jackson will play each of her thirty-five #1 hit singles in thirty-five different cities around the globe. She plans to dedicate one of her #1 songs to each of the thirty-five cities she performs. Jackson said she will also recognize twenty young people whose lives and work "have enriched their communities in a major way." Fans can submit individuals to be recognized through Jackson's website.
Jackson's upcoming self-help book True You: A Journey to Finding and Loving Yourself is set for release on February 8th.
Mohegan Sun Arena was ranked the 4th busiest venue in 2009 by Billboard Magazine and was the 2008 recipient of a Country Music Award for "Casino of The Year."
