Jane Monheit’s beautiful, jazzy vocals are so controlled and soothing that you can’t help but think of the late great Ella Fitzgerald when you hear her sing. In her nascent career, this New York native has already been nominated for two Grammy Awards and has released 7 studio albums in as many years. Don’t miss this superb vocalist and her brilliant band in their only area performance.

Newcomer Matt Dusk already sounds like an old pro. His latest album “Back In Town” showcases the suave crooner’s jazzy vocals backed by a 58 piece orchestra. His edgy take on jazz standards and prowess for flooding old songs with new life is as refreshing as it is pleasing.
