James Westfall discovered the vibraphone through his grandfather who restored an old vibraphone as a present to his grandson. The vibraphonist, who studied classical piano and percussion for several years, has received numerous composition and performance scholarship awards, performed in clubs and jazz festivals and has worked in recording projects for major television commercials.
