It's Thyme to be Savvy!Wine, dine & discuss with chefs & sommeliers
A delicious evening of food and wine requires the talent and expertise of chefs and sommeliers. The Savvy Company has teamed with Thyme and Again Creative Catering to createa series of fun wine and food evenings - with a twist!

Although trained in our respective areas, wine and food pairing is a personal choiceyour choice, that is. We have set the stage by creating a tasting menu featuring seasonal ingredients to be enjoyed with samplings of white and red wines from around the world.

The twist?Thyme and Again's chef will prepare the tasting menu and the Savvy sommelier will introduce the winesthen will step aside to let you be the judge, determining the best wine with each dish. In the intimate setting of the wine bar, lively discussions about the matches is encouraged.

Throw away the rules. You decide on the perfect pairing. It will be a fun evening of learning, experimenting & sharing your thoughts on the wine& menu selection.There's no one right way to match food and wine - there are many!

ADVANCE TICKETS ONLY$80 per person including gratuities & taxes Limited to 25 people each night. Book early!

Each evening at Its Thyme to be Savvy will feature tastings of seven wines with a multi course tasting menu.

Mini Puff Pastry Pesto Pizzas with Spicy Tuna

~ Tasting Course #1 ~
Asparagus Remoulade with Panko Crusted Quail Egg and Roasted Pork Jus with Pistachio
1 white & 1 red wine will be served

~ Tasting Course #2 ~
Pan Grilled Monkfish with Duck Confit, Tomato, Lemon-Basil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 white & 1 red wine will be served

~ Cheese Course ~
A Selection of Quebec and Ontario Artisan Cheeses
2 different styles of wines will be served
