Its over riding trade mission is to build Arizona's first off the grid 2nd-Use Recycling Applications and Sustainability Center.

This is to be accomplished not through profiteering or on the back of a government handout but on the practiced reinsertion of end of life materials reintegrated transparently back to mainstream.
