Self-care and Nurturing Starts with YourSelf

Do you really take care of and nurture yourself?

Are you always saying yes to help others when you don't have the time or resources? Learn to say yes to yourself by saying no to others.

Do you find you don't have any time or energy left for all the cool things you choose to do? Focus your energy on your dreams and heart's desires.

Do you find yourself on autopilot find yourself offering assistance when people don't even ask you? Learn to observe your behavior and addictive patterns. Start putting yourself first.

Learn the importance of taking time for yourself, rest, meditate, exercise, yoga or treat yourself to something that is special for you.

Notice your self talk. Do you speak kindly about yourself? Learn to observe your language, be kind and gentle with yourself.

Does a task really have to get done? Or is it just busy work, a distraction from what you really desire? Know you'll never get it all done and be OK with it.

Learn tips to manage your energy to be OK, no matter what life brings your way. Love yourself always!

Participate in a group healing to dissolve the energy of patterns where you don't honor yourself. Learn to live for your highest good and love yourself!
