Come discover the amazing diversity of Italian Wines. We will go from north to south via the center of the country to discover different grapes, wine making techniques and, of course, terroirs. In the north and the center of Italy we will taste well known appellations such as Prosecco, Barbera d'Alba and Chianti . We will spend some time on Super Tuscan and taste one of the most well known ones. The south will be mostly represented by Campania , the only region in the south to exhibit DOCG wines (highest level of appellation).

Presented by Laurent Guinand , a wine educator originally from France, who after marrying an Italian woman became a great promoter of Italian wines (and not necessarily for diplomatic reasons). Light appetizers will be served at the end of the class and tasting.
