A 5 course authentic Italian meal will be served from Maria's latest bestselling book-The Basic Art of Italian Cooking. menu will be lentil soup with crostini, Tuscan style braciole, Spinach Florentine, Rustic potatoes, Chocolate almond torte, coffee,tea, soda, wine list available. Maria will also be sharing her stories of her life in Italy in a small mountain town and signing her book as well. Portions of proceeds of book sales go to Gilda's Club
