Director Jayce T. Tromsness

Ah, if only love were as simple as its uncomplicated stereotypical depictions: macho man takes charge of subordinate woman and both live happily ever after. Instead, this romantic comedy by the author of Moonstruck reveals a more complex reality: the stereotype doesn't exist. Men, it seems, have emotions- even Italian men. Women, it seems, harbor a human desire to be independent individuals- even Italian women. And so, as Aldo Scalicki helps his best pal, Huey Bonfigliano, re-find true love, they and the women in their lives learn much about themselves, each another, and the nature of true love.
