IT compliance Management Guide and the Egrc Accelerator - February Security SIG February 2, 2009

The IT Governance and Compliance presentation provides a look at the compliance capabilities of two new Solution Accelerators, the IT Compliance Management Guide, and the Enterprise Governance, Risk Management, and (eGRC) Compliance Solution Accelerator. The presentation will provide an end-to-end look at how these accelerators provide a rich compliance story.
This presentation also marks the launch of a new Special Interest Group (SIG) in the WW Security Technical Community – Microsoft’s Compliance SIG. More information about it will be presented during the session.

Frank Simorjay, CISSP, CET, is a published, well known author and speaker. Frank is a Microsoft Product Manager for the Microsoft Solution Accelerators – Security and Compliance team, and an expert in the field of computer security and compliance management. In addition, Frank provides planning and product direction for compliance mobilization efforts at Microsoft.
Formerly, Frank was a senior engineer for NetIQ and for NFR Security, where he designed security solutions for enterprise networks in banking and telecommunication for more than 10 years.
