A while back, Chef Cynthia Washburn faced off against Chef Josh Lanthier-Welch in Battle Beets, with Cynthia prevailing. Our last Iron Chef (Battle Honey) pitted Chef Peter Jackson against Clandestino's Efrain Cuevas of Chicago, with Peter winning. Now it's time to have the 2 winners challenge each other in Iron Chef LEMON and we invite you to be our judge!The criteria includes Originality, Presentation and Taste.
The event will be held in a private home in the Mission and the address will be revealed to paid guests a couple days before dinner.
