In celebration of more than $100 million invested through the Investors' Circle network, IC invites you to join us at our 2005 National Conference. This event will gather angel investors, professional venture capitalists, philanthropic investors and entrepreneurs who are using private capital to promote the transition to a sustainable future.
November 2nd will feature a venture fair with up to 40 companies and venture funds that are working to solve major social and environmental problems. November 3rd will feature speakers and panels on the state of double bottom line investing and enterprise creation in six focus tracks (Community Development, Food & Organics, Health, Media, Mission Related Investing, and Energy & Environment). Schedule blocks will allow attendees who do not wish to focus solely on one sector to navigate between tracks. This day will also feature two plenary panels titled Preserving and Restoring the Commons, which will focus on the role of private capital and the role of networks in enhancing bioregional, cultural and economic health and diversity.
