Intuit
Intuit spends more than 10,000 hours each year observing customers so they can create products that solve their most important problems. Intuit's CEO alone spends more than 60 hours each year observing customers. Why? Because that focused devotion to unearthing customer insights is what has led to Intuit's success and leadership. In many of Intuit's markets, its biggest competitor is non-consumption (people using paper and pencil instead). So investing time to watch what customers do, and not just focusing on what they say has been the key to uncovering insights and inspiring a change in customer behavior.

Join Parthiv Sangani and Firouzeh Murray from Intuit as they reveal the framework that Intuit uses to get deep customer insights from the customer and talk about examples (both from Intuit and other companies) where customer driven innovation has created entirely new markets.

About Our Speakers:
FIROUZEH MURRAY has spent the past six years at Intuit and most recently led the largest brand initiative in Intuit's 25 year history by rebranding $1 billion small business division spanning 10 product lines. Prior to her current role, she held marketing roles in two of the largest product lines where she launched new products for the QuickBooks business and led customer retention for the Payroll business. Prior to Intuit, she held marketing roles at Yahoo!, eGroups (a startup acquired by Yahoo! in 2000) and Intel.

PARTHIV SANGANI is Director of Strategy and Business Development at Intuit's Small Business Group. Prior to Intuit, Parthiv worked at AMD in a strategy and corporate development role and at McKinsey & Co. He also practiced law as a corporate lawyer at Morrison & Foerster and was a co-founder of a start up.
