Introductory Bread Making Workshop March 26, 2011

Come and learn about Bread. We love traditionally crafted, handmade, artisan breads. The workshop is designed to inform you about the different techniques involved in making your own delicious breads. We will explain about different flours and yeasts, while you will have the opportunity to shape and mould the breads yourselves. The course includes a specially prepared homemade lunch.
