Introduction to Rubber Mold Making for Jewelry March 11, 2007

Are you ready to make multiple copies of your jewelry? With vulcanized rubber molds you can make wax models for the reproduction of original jewelry. This one-day workshop introduces the art of moldmaking for jewelry.. We will explore the basics of two-part molds, including hot and cold molding methods. Each student will make at least one vulcanized silicone rubber mold. This class is a great addition to any other casting class at The Crucible. Bring at least two original small-scale metal pieces to reproduce. __Entry-Level Class__
