Introduction to Painting class August 8, 2009

Local artist and instructor David Lukens will introduce the beginning and practicing student to various painting materials, methods, styles and subject matter in this exciting new class. Each student can develop his/her own personal artistic vision while acquiring a better understanding of their own skills, needs and direction in painting. Observational subject matter including still life,portraits and the landscape will be covered, in addition to abstract, expressive and surrealist painting will be explored!
