The class is for total beginners - there is no stripping in this class and no athletic or dance ability is required. The studio is dimly lit, has no mirrors, and is for women only, so there is nothing to fear in this non-judgmental and fun class! You'll come away with some sexy dance moves and confidence!

Students should wear workout attire. To ensure a firm grip on the pole, please do not apply lotion on the day of class.
