Intro To Curling for Toronto Singles November 4, 2006

oin MMA and other Adventurous Singles for a unique and exciting afternoon of curling at Leaside Curling Club. Curling is easy to learn, takes a lifetime to master and is complex enough to make it addictive. The program begins with an hour of curling lessons by qualified and friendly instructors. The lesson covers safety on ice, how to deliver a stone, sweeping, and some of the terminology used to describe different aspects of the game. After the instruction we will have one hour to practice our newly found skills. Then we will enjoy ourselves in the Lounge with a cozy fireplace, comfortable furniture, a large spectator area, a well-stocked bar with hot snacks and a wide-screen television. No previous experience is necessary! Price includes all equipment, lessons, instructors and taxes.
