International Readings at Harbourfront Centre (IRAH) is thrilled to unveil a fabulous winter season filled with the best in established and emerging literary writers.

Wednesday, February 7, IRAH welcomes India’s Vikram Chandra, Canada’s Neil Smith, and Ireland’s Colm Toibín to its stages. Chandra reads from Sacred Games, the story of a notorious Hindu gangster and a police inspector whose lives intersect with cataclysmic consequences; Smith presents Bang Crunch, a collection of nine richly varied stories that explore the human need for connection; and Toibín shares his short-story collection Mothers and Sons, recently dubbed a “deeply satisfying and memorable read” by The Globe and Mail.
