BOOKED! and International Readings at Harbourfront present Barry Callaghan, David Gilmour, Stephen Henighan and Ray Robertson

Four celebrated Canadian authors read from recent and soon-to-be-published novels and story collections. A great night to kick back with "the guys."

Barry Callaghan is the author of more than ten novels, for which he has received numerous literary awards, including the W.O. Mitchell Award and the CBC Fiction Prize. he will read from his new collection of stories, Between Trains.

David Gilmour is the winner of the Governor Generals Award for his novel A Perfect Night to Go to China. He has written for the New York Times, The Walrus and People magazine, and hosted the award-winning Gilmour on the Arts. He will read from his forthcoming book, The Film Club.

Stephen Henighan's books of fiction include The Places Where Names Vanish, North of Tourism and The Streets of Winter. His essay collection When Words Deny the World was shortlisted for a Governor General's Award.

Ray Robertson is a critically acclaimed author and a regular reviewer and columnist for the Toronto Star and The Globe and Mail. He will read from his new novel about the final days of Jack Kerouac, What Happened Later.
