International Business Practice for Lawyers (5-day Course)An International lawyer, in todays globalize and competitive world, must have advanced Leadership, Management, Communications skills, and a good understanding of English in a legal and business context. The International Business Practice for Lawyers programme is a 5-day intensive course that is specifically designed to enhance the English proficiency and professional skills of non-native English speakers who are lawyers, in-house company counsels, and legal advisors. The course incorporates a mixture of instruction, case studies, and role-playing. Attendees will learn about the English Common Law System, know how to draft contract clauses, and have an opportunity to visit English Courts and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Terms and Conditions

In the event the attendee is unable to attend the program due to visa problems, OEC Limited will refund the payment, minus 20 administrative fees

The attendee may cancel attendance to the program within 10 business days of registration and receive a refund of payment, minus 20 administrative fees

After 10 business days of registration, the attendee may cancel attendance to the program anytime, for any reason, and receive a refund of payment, minus a 300 cancellation fee and 20 administrative fees

OEC Limited reserves the right to alter, change, substitute, or modify the program, date, trainer, or venue without prior notice. OEC Limited also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course, for whatever reason. In the event the course is canceled or rescheduled, the attendee shall be entitled to a full refund of payment and a voucher to attend a future OEC event for free.

In an event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve the conflict amicably. If this fails, the law of England shall apply and the courts of London shall have exclusive jurisdiction
