o find comfort and ease in your body, rehbilitate injuries, and repair structural problems. For all ages and all levels of health and ability.

Dis-ease occurs where motility and mobility cease.

This class will focus on movement therapy and rehabilitation with a potent blend of modalities:

Dynamic stability : Learn how to control spinal instabilities and open areas of restriction (control where you “give” or move too much and move where you are locked and restricted).

Continuum Movement: Highly effective modality to treat chronic pain and to open fluidity and adaptability in the mind and the body. This self-paced movement meditation uses breath, sound, micro-movements, and fluid motion explorations to listen to the healing wisdom of your body.

Rolf Movement Education: Education on moving through life. Get in touch with your habitual movement patterns and explore new possibilities for greater ease and balance in your everyday
life activities. Rolf Movement gives you principles to work with and gentle movements to practice, so that you can continue on your own to create a more open and responsive body. Inner strength
and centeredness are then substituted for tension, effort and armoring.

Core Strengthening: You can not strengthen structural instability.
Core retraining of muscles that stabilize your spine and extremities (the intrinsic muscular system) bring true stability. By stabilizing the core first, you can then strengthenthe extrinsic system ( the big muscles of the body) for a more integrated strength that protects against injury.

Hatha Yoga: Find the beauty and healing of ages with breath, meditation, and spiritual opening enriched by the modalities at the leading edge of physical therapy and rehabilitation: dynamic stability, Rolf Movement, and intrinsic movement integrated into the art of yoga.
